Germany’s Ministry of Economy and Technology gives these awards to the best German and international designs.

Four models in the new product generation of Koxka, one of the brands of Kgroup, have been recognised with four German Design Award accolades.Participants for these awards are selected by the German Design Council, whose maxim is to seek to achieve brand value through design. The selection of the winning products in this edition was in the hands of forty-five experts from renowned brands.

In the words of one of the members of the judging panel, Dina Gallo, “Trends are becoming increasingly digital in many areas. Making technology truly useful to people is one of the great challenges of today’s design.”

That is exactly what lies behind the new generation of Koxka products that have been awarded. Kgroup’s objective, as well as that Dhemen their design partner, has been to unite technology and design to achieve the highest machine efficiency and, at the same time, to provide a unique shopping experience for users that is both functional and attractive.

Eight design awards in one year

The four models of the new winning Koxka product generation already won four awards in the EPDA 2017. Specifically, these are kMultidec RPC, kMultideckPCN, kCounter RPF and kCounter PCS. These German Design Award prizes are a new cause for celebration for the Kgroup’s family of collaborators, always in search of excellence in the preservation of food and in the shopping experience.
