Finned coils:

Built with grooved copper tubes with a 1/2″ diameter and manufactured in compliance with the CUPROCLIMA specifications, with corrugated aluminum fins. High performance rates can be achieved with these coils.

Every coil has passed a leakage test under a rated pressure of 3,923 kPa (40 kg/cm2) and pressurized using nitrogen at 147 kPa (1.5 kg/cm2) in order to avoid the corrosion of the inner surface of the copper tubes

Casework:

The casing structure of the cooling unit is manufactured in galvanized steel; its external surface is finished in epoxy-polyester and then baked and cured at 180°C, achieving a high protection against corrosion even under extreme environmental conditions. Metallic protection on connections and return bends.

The casing panels are easy to disassemble from the casework, providing easy and quick access to the inside of the unit cooler

Designed with internal partitions to avoid the “by-pass” effect during the sequential operation of fans.

Output air flow can be directed with replaceable covers.

Fans and motors:

Factory equipped with EC fans (Electronically Commutated), high-efficiency fans.

Three-phase motors with a 630 mm diameter, IP54, 380/480V, 50/60Hz, 2.9kW, 4.6A, 1,200 rpm.

Available air pressure: up to 200 Pa.

Motors are hosted inside an easy-access metallic support.
