This range of products has been designed for industrial applications. It features 36 models for high, medium and low temperature applications. The EXA series has been designed for high-temperature applications, with cooling capacities from 23,600 W to 57,400 W. The EXR series been designed for medium-temperature applications, with cooling capacities from 16,560 W to 40,570 W. The EXC series been designed for low-temperature applications, with cooling capacities from 12,040 W to 30,560 W.
Built using copper tubes with a 1/2″ diameter, manufactured according to CUPROCLIMA® specifications, with corrugated aluminum fins. High performance rates can be achieved with these coils.
Fin spacing is 3 mm in the EXA series, 4.5 mm in the EXR series 7 mm in the EXC series.
Every coil has passed a leakage test under a rated pressure of 3,923 kPa (40 kg/cm2) and pressurized using nitrogen at 147 kPa (1.5 kg/cm2) in order to avoid the corrosion of the inner surface of the copper tubes.
The casing structure is manufactured with galvanized steel. Its external surface has an epoxy-polymerized polyester finish and is then baked and cured at 180°C, giving it a high protection against corrosion even under extreme environmental conditions.
The drip trays and endplates are easy to disassemble from the casework, providing easy and quick access to the inside of the unit cooler.
Fans and motors:
Fans have a 450 mm diameter and they are equipped with external three-phase motors (400V / 50Hz).
They are shielded with a stainless steel tube and their terminals are vulcanized over it to avoid electric shunts; every heater includes a single ground wire.
They are strategically located across the finned coil in order to achieve suitable and uniform defrosting.
Electrical heaters are included in the EXC series and are optional in the EXR series. The electric defrosting option is not available in the EXA series, since these are high-temperature models.
